Andy Burak has been the pastor since Grace Baptist was founded in 2010. He has been in pastoral ministry for 30 years, and is committed to teaching the Bible and shepherding God's people. He and his wife Leah have five children, two of which are also in full-time Christian ministry.

Derek Gillespie became a member of Grace Baptist a few months after the church began. He has served as and elder for over a decade, teaches Adult Sunday School and counsels and shepherds the members at Grace. He and his wife Pam have been happily married for over 25 years.
